Katniss Inspired Cowl Scarf DIY

Inspired by Katniss' modified cowl scarf here, I was about to fumble through trying to crochet my own when my AMAZING mother offered to knit one for me.  The result?  A scaled down version made with love. <3

UPDATE:  Lion's Brand yarn has 2 patterns (one knit and one crochet) HERE for the Katniss scarf.

    Ahh The Hunger Games! I love the scarf, well the outfits they had in general, but I thought the scarf was so unique that its had a hole for an arm. It's a little edgy, but it looks very cozy. :)

      Hi! She would except that this was all trial and error :( She tried finding a pattern online, but there wasn't anything similar. She wound up knitting and re-knitting this more than 5 times before she was happy with it. Sorry!
