We spent the day hiking, sightseeing, and of course, eating:
Sutro Baths & Lands End Trail
Palace of Fine Arts
Hong Kong Breakfast
Giant Bubble Teas (3, because we tend to overindulge)
Sashimi and Sushi
Via Yelp, we discovered Silvanas, a frozen Filipino cookie reminiscent to a macaron. They are heavenly! Only $12 for 14.
Flavors included Original Buttercream, Strawberry, Ube (a type of yam), Mango, Pandan, Mocha, and Chocolate
Mango, strawberry, and original were my favorites.
To everyone in the US, I hope you're having a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. Endless admiration and gratitude to those who serve our country past and present.
