Great company and great food.  What more can you ask for?  These ladies are the kindest, sweetest people in the world and I feel so fortunate to call them friends :)

Per Ping's suggestion, we went with Spicy Miso and Tonkotsu soup bases - they were SUPERB!  I'm a bit broth crazy and both of these passed with flying colors.  For our "dip", we combined the table condiments of minced garlic, cilantro, and scallions into ponzu sauce.

All you can eat shrimp, pork belly, wagyu beef, fish fillets, chicken, spam, rib eye, various dumplings, veggies, and noodles (fresh ramen, vermicelli, udon).  The noodles were so delicious from soaking up the broth flavors!

For brunch, we headed for B Star Bar:

Salmon, fried rice (w/ yummy crispy bits), poached egg and green tea broth.  The flavors come together beautifully once mixed.
