Petite Fashion Challenge #2 via Alterations Needed

Left:  DIY Loop Front Top, Old Navy Belt, LOFT White Pants, Sofft Sandals

Right:  DIY Loop Front Top, BR Sweater Coat, LOFT Khaki Pants, Hunter Boots

This is my 1st Petite Fashion Challenge and I'm not entirely sure I hit the mark with this, but nothing says summer more than white pants!  Chalk it up to being a novice LOL.

  1. Can't believe you made that top! Well the boots and coat in my opinion definitely make it more Fall! :)

  5. White pants are summery, but I can see the first outfit with shorts too! I love how nice tops can be so versatile... just layer and layer and you can wear it no matter what the season! :)

  6. I can't believe you made that top. It looks like store-bought. I think you did well with this challenge. I can totally see myself wearing the second outfit for Fall

  7. It's great to see that top transition from summer to fall without hiding the neckline detail. It really makes the outfit pop with the loops. Your tops always make me want to bust out my sewing machine, if only my skills were as good as yours! =)

  8. I really like your top, the color and style looks like it would match anything. I'm glad you joined the challenge (otherwise I wouldn't have known your blog existed), since I think I'm almost your size (just an inch shorter), but I have the tiny top, larger bottom type body too. I look forward to seeing more of your reviews :)

  9. Curls-and-Pearls, Nelah, Cee, Callandra, PetiteXXS, and PetiteLittleGirl - Thank you so much ladies for your kind words and for reassuring me that I didn't completely bomb the assignment LOL.

Stylepint - I still think of your DIY cardi clips as the gold standard. I would love to see any of your creations!

Olyvia - Isn't it a funny problem to have? I find dresses to be particularly challenging. Small sizes fit the top well but are often too tight on the bottom half and larger sizes make my top look like it's drowning.
